A 25-year career in the Australian property industry, with a focus on trend analysis, has enabled Stephen to gain valuable experience in economic development strategy, master planning, rental projections and forecasting, financial modelling and specialist property consultancy. In addition, Stephen compliments this property knowledge with a Diploma of Financial Services specialising in self-managed superannuation, retirement planning and has experience with leading financial institution, Westpac Australia.
With a recognised passion for analysing market trends and identifying opportunities, he provides holistic property acquisition advice, including the preparation of feasibility studies, investment overviews and other related property market analyses.
